I purchased the cinematic presets and used them in Premiere Pro. They work just fine and give a great color grading. Very nice!

They refused any refund.....on the bases that its a download content...here's the thing all it allows .e to access is a still picture photo of what the preset WAS supposed to do......bo actual presets open....then I spoke through email for days before just giving up cause in order to open the preset you have to download a game app .I didn't buy a game I bought photography presets.....terrible service I give the company Negetive stars. And they haven't contacted me yet!!!!!!!

As almost all presets, these ones produce disappointing results. Presets come from some specific capture on which they happened to be successful, but hardly ever work on other photos, which were normally exposed without considering their subsequent application.
These presets are no exception, they produce blown highlights, deep shadows, excessive orange saturation, so that the result is really disappointing. After several unsuccessful attempts, eventually I disinstalled them, being much better off with just some tweaking.

The preset is really easy to use, it is so user friendly and you don’t need to have any technical skill at all. The result of the preset is so amazing and really enchant my work; speed up my work flow with a great result. I absolutely love it and strongly recommend for anyone who is looking for a preset that would help you at once.

Can't get any presets to open and customer service keeps you going in circles making it seem like its your fault their downloads don't work waste of time and money. In the end nothing opens up except still pictures of what the presets look like but you can't access them no stars for this company!!!!
