Everything you need to know about buying, compatibility and downloads.

Buying

Is it a one-time purchase or a subscription?

It's a one-time purchase. There's no subscription and no recurring charge. Once you buy a collection or bundle, it's yours to keep and download again any time from your account.

Can I use the presets for client or commercial work?

Yes. You can use our presets and LUTs on photos and videos for your own projects and for paid client work. The preset and LUT files themselves can't be resold, shared or redistributed.

What's your refund policy?

Because our products are digital downloads, they can't be returned and are non-refundable. If you run into a technical problem with a product, email help@presets.io and we'll help you get it working. Read our refund policy.

How do I download my presets after purchase?

Can I download my presets again?

Yes. If you lose a device, switch computers or need the files again, log in to your account and download them again. If a download fails because of a slow connection or low disk space, email help@presets.io and we can send alternative download links.

I forgot my password

Go to the login page and choose "Forgot your password?" to reset it.

If your email address isn't recognized, you may have used a different email at checkout, or there may have been a typo in it. Email help@presets.io with your order details and we'll sort it out.

Can I rename the presets?

Yes. In your editing app (for example Lightroom), open the Presets panel, right-click the preset (or tap and hold on mobile), choose Rename, enter the new name and save.

About the presets

Which Fuji film simulations does the Fuji Film collection cover?

The Fuji Film collection isn't based on specific Fuji film simulations. Instead, the presets adjust color temperature, contrast, saturation and other settings to recreate the feel of shooting on Fuji film. They lean toward greens, blues and yellows, with lowered contrast for a matte, nostalgic look and a light grain, like an old print.

Do you have video tutorials?

Yes. We have step-by-step guides for installing and using your presets in:

  • Lightroom Mobile (iPhone and Android)
  • Adobe Photoshop

  • Adobe Premiere Pro
